Your exactly right, not worth owning at all, especially for people like me that have a iphone 3gs and a macbook pro.

ipad is just waist of money … people need to think be4 they actually spending 500 $ for this useless toy … sorry i meant big ipod touch but please don call it tablet or slate or watever cuz this shit cant handle anything is just big ….. EPIC FAIL

I’m getting it: 32 gig wifi only one. I don’t see any point to have 3g for this device… I’m also gonna get all the iWork apps. Can’t wait for that either. Really excited!!!!!

great comment thisismy7thusername. apple is insanely overpriced for the most part (i have an ipod nano 5g, it’s worth the price). example- the laptop i’m getting has specs that are much better than a macbook pro 13 inch, and it’s half the price. why pay more for a pretty face. (the laptop i’m speaking of is the toshiba a505-s6005)

So i know enough nothing about computers to be able to build one?? hmm, well, i have a netbook that i’m typing on right here, cost less than that high end iPad, and came w/ 2 gigs memory a 1.7 Ghz processor, and a 160 Gb HD, so yeah, gettin OSX on something similar in that price range is possible. Especially if it’s modded to fit the hardware. It’s just an outrageously expensive iPod touch, imo.
